Well, we have such questions time to time from startups in accelerators during our workshops. Well, we have an experience of "Code for equity" participation in the early stage startups.
Asking about Seed investment this way you are mostly haven't traction and mainly you haven't a prototype even. Even you are ready to get the "No" reply from me. But you'll be surprised probably I don't say "No".
But what I need to say "maybe":
- The product is clearly breakthrough.
- The Founders, plural, have injected significant amounts of their own capital.
- The Founding team has a track record of at least one startup with a successful exit.
- The Go-To-Market strategy makes compelling sense.
- There are signed expressions of interest from named and significant clients.

Thinking about the MVP, we always thinking about the minimum features set as possible. So the first stage should be some brainstorming to optimize MVP and understand the problem we are going to solve. Usually it possible to exclude about half of the features. Having the clearance of our audience, we can reach their goal the shorter way. After this cutting off we can estimate the first steps of our roadmap. It doesn't mean we can get some price. Because we are working with a high uncertainty level. After each next step, we'll get more new information. And it often changes our plans. But we'll have some approximate understanding. Having the alive MVP and first early adopters we have to understand that it never works from the beginning. Getting feedback of users we can understand how to change the product for them. After the few iterations, we can solve the real problem and find the Product Market Fit. Share your idea and we make some research together.
The most challenging thing is identifying a real problem of your audience. It would be quite a shame to lose money and time and create something not needed. The first smallest step of product creation should be done after the whole picture understanding. Simultaneously the in-depth research of your market, audience, competitors, business model I'd suggest to make first validation via interviews and surveys. But it is always some art of tricky indirect questions of your customers. Direct questions give distorted results always. After that, we can have a hypothesis that we know how to solve the problem. Becoming a companion is always means investment and putting our energy. And it is often unlimited.
